Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

1.    Establish function safety relatedprocess for BMS product development;

建立基于BMS产品与功能安全相关开发流程。

2.    Supporting function safetyrelated activity during product development in the field of system, hardwareand software, in order to make sure that the product could meet the requirementof ISO26262 standard;

在产品的系统和软硬件设计层面支持和功能安全相关的开发活动，确保产品可以符合ISO26262功能安全标准的要求

3.    Lead function safety relatedactivity, evaluateand proof the design with analysis method such as FMEA, FTA, FMEDA,HARA that thesafety targets have been achieved and risks are under control;

主导和功能安全相关的开发活动，评估并确保诸如FMEA，FTA，FMEDA，HARA等安全分析方法可以实现我们的安全目标，并将风险控制在可接受的范围内。

4.    Review all the function safetywork products for each development stage;

评审每个开发阶段的设计输出。

5.    Responsible for function safetyrelated documentation, such as safety case, safety plan and concept design;

负责功能安全的相关文档，如安全案例，安全计划及概念设计；

6.    Coordinate function safetyactivity between different teams;

协调不同团队间的功能安全活动；

7.    Set up safety culture on companylevel;

建立基于公司层面的安全文化；

8.   Checking and ensure all safetyrequirements have been sufficiently verified and validated;

审查并确保所有的安全要求都经过了足够的验证和确认；

9.   Other job assigned by Department Manager.

领导交办的其他工作。

Requirements / Qualifications

1.   Bachelor degree or above, with major in EE, CS, Automation orrelated;

电子工程，计算机科学，自动化或其他相关专业本科以上学历；

2.   2.    More than 5 years of workexperience in Hardware or Software development for automotive ECU. At least 2years Functional safety  related experience;

       五年以上汽车ECU硬件或软件开发经验，至少两年以上功能安全相关工作经验；

3.   3.    Familiar with ISO26262 andIEC61508;

       熟悉ISO26262及IEC61508标准；

4.   4.    Experience in working with global organization, be capableto track and record product development process and on time delivery;

      全球化背景的工作经验，能够跟踪和记录产品开发流程，并准时提交记录；

5.   5.    Strong sense of responsibility with proactive workattitude in a team culture;

      强烈的责任感和积极的工作态度；

6.   6.    Willingness to share and collaborate within crossfunction team;

       跨部门合作，愿意分享及协作；

7.   7.    Practical English skills with emphasis incommunication ability (oral and written);

      良好的英文听说读写能力；

8.   8.    Willingness to travel as needed.

      能够接受一定的出差需求。
