职位描述：

1.      负责电池包产品的电气部分设计工作，包括高低压系统设计，元器件选型，接插件选型，与各个功能模块之间的接口定义等。

2.      了解I/O驱动特点 及can通讯基本知识

3.      熟悉并了解关键零部件的功能，特点，曲线和使用，如电池管理系统，接触器，继电器，熔断器，分流器等。

4.      支持产品开发过程中及客户端问题的解决

5.      协助设计和开发应用于电动汽车及储能应用的复杂电池系统

6.      支持新产品与合格制造商的量产工作

7.      协助开发，实施和持续改进电池系统组件的测试认证工作

Responsibilities:

1.      Be responsiblefor electrical design for pack development, including H/L voltage systemdesign, key components selection, definition of interface with other functionalblocks(modules), etc.

2.      Knowbasic knowledge about I/O and can-bus

3.      Befamiliar with features/characters/curve/application of key parts, like as BMS,contactor, relay, fuse, shunt, etc.

4.      Supporttrouble shooting during product development and field.

5.      Assistwith the design and development of complex electro-thermo-mechanical assembliesfor Electric Vehicles and other energy storage applications.

6.      Supportnew technology products into mass production with qualified manufacturer.

7.      Assistwith developing, improving and implementing test methods for battery component
qualification.

职位要求：

1.      熟练使用3D CAD工具绘制3D线束，如AutoCAD, Pro/E等

3.      电气工程或机械工程专业本科或硕士学位，具有3年以上工作经验

4.      有电池包设计经验或新能源行业工作经历者优先

5.      熟悉汽车行业工程标准优先

6.      具备样件制造经验，熟悉走线布局，线束制作及相关测试经验者优先

7.      能够适应快节奏的团队文化；有效地进行多任务管理、并能积极主动的达成目标

8.      优秀的书面和口头沟通的能力

Requirement:

1.      Skilleduser of 3D CAD to draw 3D harness such as AutoCAD or Pro/E required

2.      Participatein product problem-solving teams;

3.      B.S.or M.S. Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering, 3 plus years’ experience

4.      Experiencewith battery pack design or working with new energy industry a plus

5.      Familiaritywith automotive engineering standards a plus

6.      Experiencewith prototype fabrication, cabling/hand making harness and related testing preferred

7.      Abilityto work well in fast-paced team-oriented culture; ability to effectively managemultiple tasks, and to take initiative in achieving goals

8.      Excellentwritten and oral communications skills
